Really helpful and very very helpful staff!!!
Marvellous, convenient location right by appalachian mountains as well as downtown Covington, Virginia. For tea or coffee visit Bubble & co Tea Bar nearby. Brand-new and neat room with a comfortable decor. Variety of goodies for breakfast.

Perfect central location not far from Lynchburg, downtown Covington, Virginia and the tournament. It also was by large utility type trucks.

The stay was just for a quick visit while attending a family reunion in town. I was pleasantly surprised by the overall cleanliness of the room and how comfortable the king bed was. The staff went above and beyond, especially during breakfast. The highlight was the accommodating nature of everyone we interacted with, which really enhanced our experience.

On the downside, the parking situation was tricky, particularly with large trucks taking up space. I encountered plumbing issues, including a misfitting toilet seat and a shower knob that fell apart when used. The carpet bore noticeable stains, giving the place a less-than-ideal appearance. The absence of a bathroom door was somewhat unsettling, which might not sit well with everyone.
